For shame!
Today many frightened Republicans in the House voted with the Democrats to override the President's veto of a gross, pork-laden farm bill that's sure to please the giant corporate farm interests from coast to coast. Moreover, the Senate is likely to join with them, assuring bloated farm subsidies and handouts to the unreflecting herd for the next five years. The Farm Lobby surely must be pleased with its Republican acolytes in Congress. Certainly the notion of congressional fiscal responsibility has fled like the Philistines before the wrath of God. What other abominations lurk within this hideous legislation only He knows. There probably won't be a whole lot of celebration going on outside of the farm states and the Agricultural Committee.
Truly, the American taxpayer today is virtually without representation.

End Affirmative Action

Affirmative Action is the result of the Supreme Court's insane decision to expiate the sins of America's prejudiced past by disenfranchising white males. It was argued most passionately by ultra-leftist Justice William Brennan, in whose littered mind the denying of civil rights to white males of today would help right the wrongs of evil white males of yesteryear. This vile and unfair opinion which punishes an entire group of Americans for the sins of their fathers rivaled similar wrongheaded decisions from the court such as forced busing, set-asides, and state-sponsored abortions. All this in the name of "fairness." Of course, the Democrats lapped it up and still do. That's why they must be defeated.
Let's end this terrible policy and truly realize Martin Luther King's "dream" of a truly colorblind society.
