SOTOMAYOR, OBAMA'S ANTI-CONSTITUTIONALIST!

To understand the true nature of the One, of how cynical and far to the left he really is, one only need consider his appointment to the high court of Sonia Sotomayor, an Hispanic appeals court judge and a woman who has said (to paraphrase) that courts make policy and that a Latina woman can make better decisions than a white male. What kind of Supreme Court Justice will one with such aberrant, ACLU-type, anti-constitutional views really make? A horrible one in my opinion! It's tragic to think about having someone like this, someone on the Court who may believe that the Constitution is a "Living document."

Is this what we need? More affirmative-action racial prejudice dictated from the bench. Didn't we endure enough of it in the Warren and Brennan court which turned the Bill of Rights on its ear? Ask Alan Bakke or the white New Haven firefighters about the unconstitutional and terrible effects of affirmative-action programs on some people's civil rights--white males in particular, whose only crime was being born white instead of a more PC color. This kind of thinking is truly the antithesis of what Martin Luther King preached in the street and on the pulpit. He ringingly fought for people not to be judged by the color of their skin. What would he think?

Can the nation long survive this Marxist President? I wonder.
